Stuart Searle

BSc (Hons) MRICS OCDEA

Chartered Building Surveyor and Energy Assessor, with over 30 years' experience in the Residential, Commercial and Private Sectors.

Stuart has established and successfully run several building consultancy businesses since 2003, before merging with the Consult Construct Group in 2020 to set up Consult Sustainability Ltd. He has worked specifically in the energy & sustainability sector for the past 15 years and now heads the energy team in providing practical consultancy on energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings.

Sam Luker

BSc (Hons) MSc LCC

Experienced Energy & Sustainability Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in the Residential, Commercial and Private Sectors.

Sam is passionate environmentalist with experience consulting for multiple environmental and engineering companies. He has worked across the UK and the Middle East on a variety of high-profile projects from residential masterplans to healthcare decarbonisation strategies. Sam provides sustainability advice for new development and refurbishment projects as well as ESG and decarbonisation consultancy for corporate clients. He has worked within the energy & sustainability sector for the past 10 years and now heads the sustainability team in providing pragmatic advice to clients within the built environment.
