Colfe’s is a large independent and selective school on the borders of Blackheath and Greenwich incorporating a wide range of buildings dating from the 1960’s to recently constructed modern buildings

To dovetail with the school’s overall sustainability plans and objectives, Consult Sustainability were appointed to undertake building survey, energy modelling and feasibility report on cost effective measures to reduce energy demand and CO 2 emissions. The feasibility study included the entire primary, secondary school and sports centre facilities considering the introduction of fabric improvements, energy efficiency measures and renewable technologies.
